Regardless of no. Of feeders, double down feed, rainfall, blind manufacturer or the the vehicle one drives;
Hunt where they exist. That’s the key.
Hope this saves a couple dozen threads in the next few months
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Im not sure if there was a big gap with nothing in it on purpose. But assuming not, then I definitely agree with your secret. However, it will save zero threads in an attempt to find the magic bullet.

There you had to go,,,,, and I thought you were trying to end all controversy instead of starting more. Thinly veiled attempt

The answer is a simple, four-letter word - Luck.

The answer is a simple, four-letter word - Luck. Luck is helpful, but completely useless if you arent where they are.

I believe it is a combination of having indian corn in the timed feeders, double down in the free choice feeders, a custom 700rem in 6.5CM that shoots ham’r bullets around 2900 fps from the suppressed muzzle, and most importantly driving to the stand in a jacked up f350 with big mud tires and ozonics on the quad muffler system down the paved road inside a small high fence while wearing a full kit of sitka optifade elevated 2 camo and some new balance shoes for the 10 foot walk to the elevated foam insulated blind with solar panels, AC, tv, a full table with minifridge and a lead sled on a counter top facing the only sendero the 20 acre place can handle
Pretty sure i covered it all….did i miss anything?

You covered it pretty well, but you ain't gettin' it done without a Tikka. rifle sitting on a bi-pod, topped with a Nightforce scope, for a deer they found with a cellular trail camera and then is shot in the head at 1000 yards. Left out the Little Buddy heater. Heaven forbid you left out the flat bill cap and flat toe snake boots....all the while scanning the record book and local contests to see where their buck will be placed at.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

You know that 6.5 can kill a bull elephant in it's tracks at 1k yards with a bullet placed at the base of his tail. Drop him like a sack of potatoes.
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Pro tip #2, they don't get any bigger if you kill them while they're young. I.E., they don't exist if you kill them early.

I think this right here solves most hunters problems of not killing big deer, but then again luck comes into play if the guy across the fence doesn’t pop him and he survives long enough

Doing it consistently requires a lot more than luck. I don't think doing it once in a lifetime requires much more than luck. Almost regardless of hunting pressure location etc. there are big deer everywhere, sure not in abundance etc. but when our powers combine mother earth grows some big SOB's all over the place. All those vampire deer that show up on trail cameras go somewhere during the day...

All those vampire deer that show up on trail cameras go somewhere during the day... Of course big is relative but not every place has big deer. Everyone is hoping for that one phantom buck but a lot of times they just don’t exist. In other areas just about any goober can kill a 160” deer if they are just semi-patient. I know one ranch in maverick county, low fence, where I would not pull the trigger on anything less than a 170” and to do that would not take me more than a few days worth of hunting, they are just that numerous. You need a combination of skill and luck, but IME thr skill part comes in after the animal has been located. Can’t kill what isn’t there no matter how good you are
