SO, why doesn't someone in the USA Hack the Russian and Chinese companies with Ransomware? Screw them, hack the chit out of them, PAYBACK BEECHES

Sorry Buzz, you're behind the times. We have plenty of offensive operators that push keys rather than pull triggers. That said, those are all "commissioned" individuals since we actually have laws and hacking is illegal unless it is state (United States) sponsored
