Gonna sell my 1220 acres in northwest Zavala co. Under MLD since 2006. High fenced native south Texas deer and has produced up to 191" deer. It has 3 lakes and one solar well. Native brush and some feeders and blinds will stay. Some minerals might convey. No houses or electricity but there is a few oil wells within a mile and electricity could be run from there. Herd of bison on the place that might convey. I still can't believe things ended for me that way on my old place, and "friendships" lost forever. Deer leases are like a marriage I suppose, try as you may it’ll never last unless you’re paired up with like minded people. Awkward not having a place to load the kids up and go to. Miss all those work weekends, hot/hard work but fun work that I truly enjoyed. Anyway I'll stop crying.  I hope the Rancher sells his place soon.
