Thanks again everyone. It was a great day since I sorta treated myself to a birthday present of having a lifelong dream coming true today. That dream was owning and living on land in the Hill Country again. As of today I am closing on my new place in the Hill Country on Wednesday. Once the prices start to come down a little I will eventually build a new home and live there full time within the next year.
