Diamond C or Iron bull 16K? Even though prices are crazy I'm going to have to get one before mid August, anyone have experience with either one?

I currently own six trailers and have probably owned in excess of 25 over the past ten years. Personal and business stuff. They get used hard. I bought a diamond C earlier this year, a Fmax tandem dual gooseneck, so not exactly what you are looking for but it is without a doubt the best made trailer I have ever owned. The attention to detail, well thought design, and lightness are amazing.
Yes lightness. It isn’t flimsy or weak it is just engineered with more steel where it needs it and less where it doesn’t. If you look at virtually all semi trailers on the road they are engineered beam. Truckers beat their trailers every day but need the lightest possible so they can haul more cargo. As far as I know diamond c is one of the only manufacturers bringing this technology to the smaller trailer market.

Diamond C are great trailers, but i have heard good things about Ironbull as well. Either way you go, to a top to bottom inspection before you hand over the money. Quality control in manufacturing is non-existent right now.
Check welds, nuts, bolts, hubs, wires. Everything.

I currently own a lot of trailers and I’ve owned the ones you mentioned but personally I think Load Trails are about the best overall trailer built these days. If I had to choose one of the ones you mentioned I’d go with Diamond C. All of them have different aspects I like and hate but quality control with most of them are often problems you have to deal with and Load Trails seem to have much better quality control being a family owned company verses a big investment firm owning them. I can’t say who owns what these days anymore but I know Load Trails have great QC. Most all of them are built close by here and Ive seen them all and looked at all the new trailers in the last year and I’m very familiar with most all of the brands. I think we have about 19 huge trailer companies within a few miles of here so if you need any help looking at something I’ll gladly help you out.
