At least 30 cases of chronic wasting disease found in WT deer at 6 Texas breeding facilities. Uvalde had 2 of the 6 that accounted for 25 positives. Facilities in Matagorda and Mason and a additional facility in Uvalde each received a CWD positive deer from the index facilities in Uvalde. Five other deer tested positive in Hunt county that does not appear tp be connected to other cases.
