 Savage bolt head swap NEED HELP

So i'm converting my .223 Savage 111 to a 224 Valkyrie.
After disassembling the bolt and starting to re-assemble with the 224 Bolt head I notice that the old bolt head has an alignment slot milled into the shank.
The new bolt head has no alignment slot ...and of course it can't be assembled without the slot.
So. Need a source for a new bolt head OR someone who can mill the slot in the new one I have ...
Any help .. Trying to finish this up for a P-Dawg shoot in 3 weeks

Carry it to your local machine shop. Less than 30 minutes in a Bridgeport and you are ready to go.

I have 4 of the Savage rifles. I checked all of them and the little alignment tab is on the baffle between the bolt head and the bolt. I don't think I can re- use the old bolt head the .224 Val has a larger diameter rim than .223
The old one could be modified but would still require machining
