Is this the guy that shot the dude that pointed an AK at him?
Just goes to show you better watch out when you defend your life and family against activist. Regardless if your in the right or not. You’ll still be charged with murder.
If this is the instance I’m thinking about I’d damn sure burn him down when he pointed an AK at me and there is plenty of video out there to prove it.
Just watch your 6 and don’t be in that situation and if you find yourself in that situation still burn em down because you it’s always better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

If I recall correctly, the dead guy was interviewed prior to this and said something to the effect of he can point the gun at people and they won’t do anything. But he can’t do it to the cops or he would be dead.
Sounds like the Grand Jury punted and will make him go to trial and explain his defenses as a defendant.

The fact he wasn’t even arrested speaks volumes to what the police think….and tacking on a bunch of BS charges about endangering protesters by trying to legally drive on a public street shows how desperate the DA is. He will get acquitted but will be ruined because of this.

Prosecutors have extreme influence on what gets indicted. They would always tell me they could indict a ham sandwich if they wanted to. They develop a relationship with a grand jury due to the length of grand jury service of three months with the same prosecutor.
