Conventions are major party time. Usually a few good vendors with open bars with a plenty of good booze to go along with some great snacks.
Combat Infantryman, the ultimate hunter where the prey shoots back.

I’d go if the hotel was close Hotels are within walking distance, were going. When the event was in Dallas a few years back it took us all day to go through the exhibit hall. Its the who's who of the gun and shooting industry.

Although I've never been to either one, I take the NRA Convention is second only to the annual SHOT Show in terms of seeing the firearms industry's latest wares.

Will be there. Even having a few gun enthusiast friends from California out for it. Went to Dallas and the next year to Indy. Sucks Nashville was canc'd last year. That would've been a fun one. What I find confusing about these, though, is that all the exhibitors give away all kinds of swag. Caps, t-shirts, pins, lanyards, stickers, patches, etc..... But if you want a NRA pin it'll cost you $5 at their gift shop.

I would like to go, I love convention Exhibit Halls, AKA Dallas Safari Club. But with these knees, I couldn't make it from the parking lot to the entrance. I cant rent a scooter yet DAMMIT !!!!!!!
