I did a 40’ x 50’ weld up with 16’ walls, 20’ x 40’ ridge extension, four 12’ x 14’ insulated OH Doors, 1 personnel door, 4 windows & close cell foam insulation
Price included large end of the earth travel charge. $62K*
*built in 2019. Electric bid separately.
What about a slab? I assume with a slab that would prob be up to $100k? I'm not super familiar with terms like your 20x40 ridge extension. The tough thing with mine is my HOA makes it look like my home so it's gotta have brick in front and 4' up on each side among other things. Has to be shingled roof too to match my house.

What does it mean for a slab to be engineered?
