It should have a cabin air filter, just google it.
Correction, your out of luck, doesn’t show cabin filter so you probably have a mess on your hands. If it’s low on airflow for fresh air and recirculate then your may have a rats nest in it. Had that happen more than once in the past,

I have a 99 one ton chevy hunting truck that has poor air flow. Had it worked on a bunch. The "baffles" that direct the air flow to various places were all messed up or brittle etc. Mechanic rigged it up every which way he could and helped it some. Put a ton of money into that AC along with my 89 Toyota AC and burned up in both of em this weekend. I just keep throwing good money after bad on my hunting trucks. They did both start this weekend(after charging batt on one.) edit. Definitely had rats nests in the AC vents before as well.

Blend door is broke off and laying over the blower intake. Very common on Ford Exploders.

Could be a bad blower motor. I've replaced a few of those over the years in various models. Not familiar with accessibility on your vehicle but those I have done are generally not terribly hard to access. I think this may be your part: Part If you add the trim model in that Amazon link, it will confirm if it works for your vehicle. If this is what yours looks like, I'd say very easily accessed. Tutorial

Are you sure the fan is coming on? If not, there should be a fuse to check. If it is turning on low, but not other speeds, it may be toast. I replaced a fan motor in my '99 Frontier. I bought a aftermarket motor on Amazon. That was about 9 years ago, and it still works. Good luck.

It can vary from reduced speed to complete failure to blow at all. Works on low but not on high, etc. I've encountered multiple scenarios. I cannot guarantee this is your issue but I can tell you the blower motor was the culprit every time I encountered what you described. Good Luck!

Aftermarket stereo? They can be too deep and bind up the door controls.
