Processed 30+ Coturnix quail today. Seasoned flour and deep fried first time and won't be the last. Corn on the cob with butter & Cajun seasoning Jalapeno peppers with garlic & herb cream cheese wrapped in bacon. Deep fried Checkers seasoned fries Oh ya Bud Light, almost forgot. Looks wonderful. No quail up here, no sense even looking!! These were farm raised Coturnix quail not hunted birds. I raise about 200 per year for our family. EZ to do I can get you started.

I miss having fried skin since I don’t pluck my quail. My pluckers is the secret weapon. 15 seconds in 160 degree water for the scalding then 15 seconds in the pluckers.
