Think Phil is still leading today. He went 2 over on his first 9 then had a great back 9. Wind is up this afternoon so scoring is difficult this afternoon.

Projected cut now at +5 and Phil is at -5.

I think that sponsors exemption is for the US Open, not PGA Championship. He's a past PGA Champion so he gets a past champion exemption.
