Apparently I have a forum guy on ignore. Don’t know how I did that. Didn’t mean to. So how do I take him off ignore?

I fought it for years, but finally clicked "ignore" on a member that has caused me to use filthy language more than once.  It quite possibly may be a portal to a much more peaceful life.  I just have to remember to always log on first, and never click "active topics". She no workee like that.

What does the "ignore" option actually do? Blocks private messages? Won't show their posts on any threads?

I use ignore in a little bit different context. If it's someone who has posted something stupid, tried shady stuff during a deal (or a deal with someone else) or in general just not someone I want to interact with...then they are on ignore.
Don't let your ears hear what your eyes didn't see, and don't let your mouth say what your heart doesn't feel As much as I hate to admit it, I do like my truck

I don't have anyone on ignore. Theres only a handful of people here I don't care for but none that I would bother putting on ignore
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

I have a couple hundred on ignore. My life is much better when not being exposed to their ignorance and outright stupidity. I enjoy spending most of my time around like minded people, but at the same time, I just cant fathom going through life without knowing what was on the other side of the coin. Similar thinking is the saying about keeping your friends close but your enemies closer.
At some point in life its time to quit chasing the pot of gold and just enjoy the rainbow. FR
