You see them every where. They been cutting up a lot with the storms, I been grabbing some for fire wood, either camping or smoker if it is a good wood for that.

Those pics look like Live Oaks but its either that or Cedar Elms, need a leaf pic to be certain or a close up of the bark.

99.9% Live Oak. Look on the ground under them and see if you see any old acorns. If so its 100% Live Oak. They usually drop thier acorns in September/October around here so you wont see many on the ground but will probably see a few if you look close.

Guy it is a Live Oak.
As mentioned great firewood and some folks use it for cooking/smoking meats.
