Typically, rockets that plunge back to Earth are brought back in a controlled way into the ocean. One expert said it's unclear why this rocket's return to Earth is uncontrolled.

I was told to tighten a bolt on the wheel drive rod and have not had a chance to test it yet. Our kitchen is under demo currently and working with the contractors and their workers...I will try to mow tomorrow morning.

China has a space program because of a technology transfer that occurred under the Clinton era of treachery. Saved them the time and money of R&D, which we had ,of course, already paid for. And for any who need to be told, such technology has military applications.
