If you love her, you'll get the Weber. Now, your definition of "love" is a whole 'nother ball of wax.

Tell her to buy whatever grill she wants to cook on... and make it snappy cuz you don't want to get hangry.

I’ve had luck with Charbroil, available at Lowe’s. If she can wait until September, the $300 grill will be on sale for $99.

Not true. Once you get away from box store grills, you start getting quality. Yeah they are expensive, but they are really worth it if you use it a lot. We grill 3-4 times a week.

You may be on to something. I never spent big time bucks on a gas grille. I’d rather charcoal than gas anyway. Until I got my pellet grills.... yeah I know, “man oven” cheers

After going with the Blackstone griddle, I do not think that I will go back to a grill.

I'm considering picking up their 17" tabletop model.

Get a classic Weber Genesis 1000 series, you can find them on craigslist for 50, restore it and give it as a gift. Kill two birds with one stone, it will last a long time.

Couple of buddies have them and absolutely love them.

We have a Blaze as well, but it was a lot more than $300.
