Still the only game in town. And very few organizations are under the pressure and scrutiny they are under. Very few publicly traded companies could survive half the scrutiny they are under. Yep

The financials of those organizations don’t amount to a hill of beans. Those aren’t serious options at the Congress level. It is what it is unfortunately Liberals what NRA dead for a reason....

Until we have an organization that has the money and will to fight for our gun rights besides them, THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION AT THIS TIME IMO........ As much as it sickens me, I have to agree with this. The team members of the organization do know the ropes and how to lobby and get things done. The cancer just needs to be cut out in order to heal and grow strong again. There are other options. https://www.saf.org/https://tsra.com/If TSRA were something special we would have had Constitutional Carry in Texas a long time ago. Just my .02, LeonCarr

Leon is right you know. They actually opposed it last session. Fearing a loss of membership(revenue) is what changed the game. Notice Danny the Waffle saying he would consult with NRA And TSRA while doing his best to kill this.

From some of the comments in this thread, it looks like some gun owners are willing to help the liberals accomplish their mission.

Notice Danny the Waffle saying he would consult with NRA And TSRA while doing his best to kill this. Wow...I don't think anyone has ever said I was right on anything...Thank You! The NRA is the big dog in the fight. When liberal politicians have said during speeches that the biggest pain in their rear is the NRA, the NRA is doing something right. With that being said, if some of the NRA big wigs are using our membership dues for personal gain, those big wigs need to go. Just my .02, LeonCarr

Ok, I'm curious. Many on this forum, including me, are saying that the NRA needs a massive overhaul at leadership. Others are saying the the NRA has 5.5 million members and that they are the largest and most effective organization to fight for 2A rights. Let's just say for sake of argument that the NRA did dissolved. What would stop most those 5.5 million members from joining the GOA or another organization to make it the leading group fighting the Dems/Libs/psychos? I'm just using the GOA as an example, but do you not think that it's influence would not suddenly increase if their membership grew by several million? I personally will not join the NRA again because they have lost my confidence. I'm sure the GOA admin is doing everything they can to gain the trust of those NRA members that are not happy with recent events in the NRA. I'm going to give them a try because even though I'm very disappointed and upset with the NRA, I still will fight for 2A rights. That's just my thoughts, not that it matters any.

I'm not pleased with the NRA leadership, but stopping supporting the organization and all it's power, is cutting off your nose off in spite of your face.

The NRA really seemed to go down when they quit sending me renewal notices. Coincidence? I have to check out GOA.

Tell me what the NRA has done lately other than try to cover their azzes during the bankruptcy BS? I have not heard of any leadership publicly speaking out against any of Joe's EOs or House activities.
