I agree on Hard 8. It can be pretty hit or miss, mostly miss. Babe's would be my choice if I stopped in Burleson. Charley's if I went a few blocks north of I-20. The Hard 8 in Stephenville isn`t ant better, but the parking lots is always full. I never understood the attraction to Babe`s. I ate there once at was not impressed for all of the hoopla.  The chicken is good, but not better than Chicken Express. Also, the hard 8 in coppell is meh at best. "Chicken Express Rocks". Never ate much fried chicken till lately (but liked it). We started going to the local Chicken E about 6 months ago and now it is our favorite order out place by far.
