I'm a big fan of the Kawasaki Mules. 4010 and Pro.

That would be my choice. I have a Gator and have a couple of complaints. Bucket seats and hand brake.

What’s the main use going to be?

If it’s just running around the property I’d suggest a Mule

If you have plans to trail I’d suggest a Rzr

I've driven the Ranger, Mule and Pioneer pretty extensively. None of them are slouches by any means and all are solid machines. Mule Pro FXT would get my vote for what I use one for, which is mostly traversing the deer lease. I do not need the speed of the Honda or Polaris. The Mule will do 40-45 and I really have no need to go that fast 90% of the time. The versatility to use the dual bench seating for several guys to pile in or collapse the seating to a single bench with a very nice bed size appeal to me. I've yet to try the Can Am Defender but have heard very good feedback on those. That 6x6 HD10 Defender looks amazing.

Kawasaki.
2001 year model..1560 hours on ours. No Major work other than maintenance and front wheel bearings.
I did replace engine's Gasket and seals as well as standard piston rings. No big deal. Fires up with the touch of the key and hasn't let us down towing or hauling.

I'm going too advise against Massimo and Benneche.... Made In China to "Chinese quality standards".
Im on a UTV forum and i feel bad for some of the owners. Some have been in the shop 3 or 4 times in the first few months of ownership. And customer support appears to be piss poor.

Just picked up a 2021 John Deere Gator 835 after a bunch of research and experience with others.. Couldn't be happier and they always have great and easy financing if needed.

Use my Kawasaki Mule Pro-DXT (diesel) almost daily.

I have changed the oil, and added a lift kit. Built my own roof, and added some light bars.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. It has climbed Brewster county mountains, and it has never been stuck in the mid. Despite the usual mud that exists in Fannin County. I cannot say enough good about it.

Mules are just like the name. I am shaping up a Honda talon for later this year. 4 seat so the kids can ride with us.

Love our Kawasaki Teryx 2. Better seats for the wife’s back. We can ride 100+ miles a day, with no fatigue. Reliable, AND has 3 yr warranty!!

I'm a fan of the Pioneer if you don't need a crew cab. I have a Ranger too and I don't like it that much. Mule is probably the best workhorse SxS. CanAm's are really nice and have better seats than the Mule, but they are big.

Best post so far.

You can't recommend something unless you know the intended purpose.

Do you want to work out of it? Go fast? Hit sweet jumps?

My Yamaha Wolverine has been really good to me. Bought it new in 2016 and I have replaced NOTHING on it. Use it daily here at the house too.

For a go fast machine with the most travel and best ride in the industry, I highly recommend the Polaris RZR Turbo S. We ran 63 mph through 2 foot whoops and never felt unsafe. It worked over the trails of Moab 10x easier than a Jeep ever could. It will also run 85mph if needed

If you want pure utility then Kawasaki Mule FTX. That what I plan on adding to the stable for hunting needs.
