We already have enough nuts on THF including myself. I was told at my last check-up that I needed more fiber. I got these. What are your favorite? We have Cashews,Spanish peanuts and sometimes I have Pastachios in the frig.

Me and the boy can plow through some roasted peanuts in the shell. Floor board of my truck looks like Texas Roadhouse sometimes.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Just finished some cashew halves then a little honey roasted peanuts followed with some fine pastachios.Nothing like a healthy afternoon snack.
