Got out last night and took care of some beaver for one of my new landowners. I think I got into the family unit as the little ones were out. 5 beavers taken in total.

Nice. I’ve never even seen a beaver in real life that I can remember. Not something we have around here.

I wonder what they taste like, and if they compare to Nutria at all. I have not had nutria, but beaver is actually very good. Comparable to beef. Makes a very good stew. I want to turn some into jerky.
