Cooked a pork loin a week ago and still have half leftover. Any suggestions other than just freezing it?

Thin slice it and top nachos, use in your favorite stir fry dish, or simply make sandwiches.

I vacuum seal all of my holiday leftovers and warm the up the Sous Vide method in a pot of water. They all turn out great.

We chop it up pretty good and put it on top of a loaded baked potato.

We chop up a lot of them, and just add Sweet Baby Ray's for a good pork sandwich on hamburger bun, with Cole slaw and chips.

Sloppy joes, dice in small chunks and add seasoning. We usually add some picante sauce and a little BBQ sauce, heat and ready to serve.

Makes great sandwiches with your favorite bbq sauce and some onion and pickles. Yum!

Cube it up and throw it in while you scramble some eggs. Makes for some damn good tacos.
