As long as you're hunting "inward".....i.e., stands along the border and feeders/target areas toward the inside of your property whereas fired shots won't be crossing the fence line onto a neighboring property, I'd say you're fine. After all, it is your property. But also as long as you don't put up tower stands so close to a fence that it takes it down if it gets blown over. Years ago we got a really nice lease just because of that. Landowner told the prior group don't put stands close to the fence because it could take down my fence. They did and it did. They got the boot. I've dealt with this numerous occasions and have had to tell my guys to move their setup because it was discourteous at best and dangerous at worst to the neighboring property.
That said, always good to be considerate of and know/talk to your neighbors. Definitely more of an issue these days with smaller parcels and far more ranchettes.

Personally, I prefer my blinds/feeders to be at least 75-100 yards off the fence line unless the line is thick brush and you can’t see it.
I’ve got one blind the previous owner left me, it’s 30 yards off the fence. Great location, safe shooting lanes and there isn’t a good alternative, but it’s too close for my liking. I’m gonna have to clear a bit and get the feeder off the fence and move the blind
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Our property is a half section, 1 mile long 1/2 a mile wide. 1/2 a mile is 880 yards, so on our 320 acres it is impossible for us to be further than 440 yards from a fence line. Our closest feeder/stand is probably about 200 yards from a property line.

We hunt our small properties. On our newest place, we have two raised stands near the fence lines shooting back into our property. In hunting situations and life in general, the tactics are dependent upon the circumstances. In these two cases, this is the safest place to put a stand. We recognize no artificial boundaries or buffer zones. We hunt 100% of the property wherever it is safe to do so. I expect no less and no more from my neighbors.
God is so good to me.

My blind is 20 yards from a property line of land that never, ever gets hunted.

I would rather have someone close to a fence shooting back into their own property rather than someone set up inside their property and shooting towards the boundaries. This would be purely from a safety perspective. Of course I do not want to own all the land in the world, just any that borders mine.

My land is 133 acres, long and skinny, heavily treed and butt deep in rocks, hills, etc. Yep, junk land. There is actually no place on it that a bullet can’t travel onto someone else’s place. We have to be careful.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

X2 X3.........best answer...... and build the stand so there's no window back toward the neighbor....
