A case against the ban was filed in the United States District Court, W.D. Michigan, Southern Division, on December 26, 2018 — the same day that the ATF’s bump stock rule was put forward. Plaintiffs contended the ATF could not declare bump stocks to be machine guns and sought a preliminary injunction against the ATF rule. Storywe can't afford to give an inch to the gun grabbers.

Things like this will be one of the reasons a large number of people won't turn in whatever weapon gets banned in the future. People are going to wait in the hopes that whatever gets banned becomes legal again after the executive order or law gets overturned.

Didn't Joke reverse all of Trump's Executive Orders? Or that was the plan... Does not matter. The court has made their ruling. Eff'n libs can appeal to the SCOTUS if they so choose.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

It’s important to note that the ruling only applies to states in that court’s jurisdiction. Only a favorable decision from the SC would be applicable to the entire country.
