What about a slab? I assume with a slab that would prob be up to $100k? I'm not super familiar with terms like your 20x40 ridge extension. The tough thing with mine is my HOA makes it look like my home so it's gotta have brick in front and 4' up on each side among other things. Has to be shingled roof too to match my house.

Dang. Was the slab engineered? City says mine's got to be engineered. I'm assuming slab alone on mine is $30k+?
