covid came and took my wife my friend my lover of 31 years, she was my everything.
take it serious people. she got it from a coworker and was sick during the storm then i got sick then my sons wife got it. who both were visiting from florida. me and wife tested positive on 2-22 she had been sick a few days. i was over it in about 5 days, she was sick throwing up for 13 days, she would not go to hospital and even doctor said to just drink fluids and the virus will work itself out, false. she woke up one night freakin out i get 911 on the phone to send help, too late she just passed out in my arms and quit breathing i tried and gave her her lasts breaths. they got there quick maybe 2 minutes of me doing cpr and her heart had stopped at that point, they worked and worked on her and did get her back, she made it to intensive care but there was no good news she was without oxygen to long they tried but she passed on march 1st. the virus wrecked her, she had a bacterial infection that made her septic, she had kidney failure as well and it made her blood sugar level off the chart, they kept insisting she was diabetic but she wasnt.
my sons wife made it through and he never got it, he thinks he had it last february stationed in turkey, my other son never got it and he was vaccinated because he is a first responder. his room mate which is cousin also got it. and he still keeps testing positive and we cant even have her service because he keeps testing positive and my wife is his aunt.we dont want to leave him out of the service

I am very sorry for your loss. I wish it had not happened. This virus seems to hit people very differently. I have personally lost 5 family members and another 7 friends from this freaking disease. I lost 14 people in the last 12 months, only 2 were not from Covid or covid related complications. I have known people in their late 60's heavy and in bad shape be able to pull through without issue. I have known 2 very healthy 21 year olds that were in really bad shape. A 46 year old firefighter in good health that I've known most of my life spent 10 days in ICU and almost died. There's no rhyme or reason. It sucks.

May God comfort your family and may y'all be able to gather to celebrate your wife's life soon.

I fought the Covid battle for 6 weeks and I have what is now looking like permanent damage and complications with my kidney function and my daily sugar readings are uncontrollable since covid and almost impossible to manage.
