I am not sure how fast you ran the 100 yard dash back in HS. Try and set a personal best as you flee from this lady. Not worth it even if they get on meds you will be in a living helll. Keep looking and find the one who isn't a whack job. Plenty of them out there. Just find the right one without the straight jacket.

I had to read through this whole 7 pages. It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Yes, I have walked away from someone like that. I was engaged to her and realized if we got married I wouldn't ever have a way out so I gathered up every bit of strength I could find and walked away. It wasn't easy, because that pull is really hard but she was just more crazy than I could handle. Everyone has already given you good advice and some entertaining advice too, but you will make the choice for yourself sooner or later. Hopefully we won't see you on the evening news one day.
