WhatABurger blows away BK but, I will say the drive through service at the Pearland WB on hwy 35&518 has the slowest drive through ever, anywhere Tuesday thru Friday. The big meskin girl that works from Tuesday to Fri is slower than cold molasses, Monday you can get through there pretty quick, come Tuesday, the line is around the damn building and it stays that way all week. I go mondays then somewhere else the rest of the week.

I like Brisket Burger in Denton.

Lack of acceptable food options drove me to BK, and I do like the Original Chicken Sandwich, which wasn’t so great this time. But it was the slow service that really got to me.

Whataburger over BK everyday of the week but if I have the choice, Storm's blows both away. The problem I have is there are no Storm's near me and I only get it when I go to the deer lease!

It’s probably the color scheme of the grout/tiles and the inside walls of restaurant, but every BK I’ve been in over the past 20 years seems dirty. Same thing for DQ. I like WB, but won’t go there because the service is too slow. If I’m ordering fast food, I expect to get it in less than 5 minutes. Not the 15-20 minutes it takes any WB to make their food.

It’s weird but I normally pick fast food places to eat based upon their drinks and find something to accommodate the drink. I will rarely vary from something I figure out I like there. More times than not I’ll end up at Sonic or Whataburger.

picked up my daughter from work about 9:30 this evening. she's had a hard day. asked if she wanted to eat and she wants whataburger. she's very picky about her food. orders a whatburger with cheese, no pickles. we get home and she sits down and unwraps the burger and bursts into tears; the only things on the patty are pickles.

A good point is made here.....I hate being served drinks in plastic containers that sweat all over my pickup. BK, MCD, JITB all do this. Styrofoam cups are far superior.

I used to have some respect for you.

Both used to be pretty solid but absolutely suck these days in my experiences. I still try both in my travels but quickly disappointed nearly every time.
