So I purchased a .450 bushmaster upper from Davidson defense
And put on my ar15 and installed the .223 bolt and charging handle
It will pick up a round and chamber it but won’t pick it up to eject it
Do I have to get a .450 bolt?

What is the case head diameter of a .450 Bushmaster?

What is the case head diameter of a .223 Remington?

These are the questions you go search for the answers for.

That SAAMI drawing looks like a .473 diameter case head (same as 308 Winchester), I think you need a different bolt. but I have never owned a 450 Bushmaster.

Usually the specialty uppers come with a new bolt carrier group.
If that’s not the case with what you purchased absolutely you need at minimum a new bolt head.

The Bushy (just like the 458 SOCOM and 50 Beowulf) takes a special bolt face.

In your case its's a .223 bolt with the bolt face opened up to a nominal .473"
