I pretty much grew up in Adair's....great place for a small kid Pretty sure I was gambled away and won back in a few shuffleboard games.

Only bars I ever spent much time in as an adult were in Nacogdoches - Flashback, Bullfrogs, the bar at the Fredonia, but mostly at Banita....there was another one outside of town that I can't think of the name of.

All of North gate.. which of course included the Dry Bean, and the Chicken, and all the other great ones at the time i was there.

We always brought our own beer to the one ive been to, didnt consider it a bar.

My college roommate became a bar manager at Borrowed Money after we graduated. Whenever we came down from Oklahoma, that was our go-to. Good times!

Funny story, he had an on and off “relationship” with a famous C&W star, and when he first told me, i called BS. A few weeks later we were after partying at his house when she walked in and went straight to his bedroom. I was shocked!

These, and The Jolly Fox, Shenanigans, Zach's, and 17th Street Bar in Huntsville. The going out night in Huntsville was Thursday Night and on the weekends we would end up in Bryan/College Station or in Conroe at Johnny B Daltons. Sometimes we would end up at Borski's Tavern or Squeaky's Place between New Waverly and Willis.

One of the previous poster's mentioned Yankee Tavern on Lake Somerville. Is that the one that if you drove up to the bar on a Non-American motorcycle, the bike would end up in the trees surrounding the bar?

Jacks Porch, Southlake. Wasn't there long, but left a real impression.

I found myself single at the age of 46, after 26 years of marriage. I took the advice of a family friend (female) and hit the ground running. Her coaching was invaluable.

I should have popped off with that name, a guy that I worked with use to mess around with her. Never thought she was much to look at IMO.

I finally remembered the name. It was Babes. In a strip center in Richardson on north side of Arapaho.

Humperdinks was a happening place back then. I had forgotten all about it

Monday Night Football there was awesome....Hard to watch the game with everything else to look at...Lol
