Tilapia smothered in a shrimp, onion, bread crumb, red/yellow peppers. Asparagus and buttered corn. I have to admit to never having Tilapia. What would you compare it to? Is there anything it really shines in/as?? I see it every once in a while in the grocery, but end up passing.
