I have heard that moose produces some of the best venison, and I have never had it. I doubt I will ever be able to cull one; with that, does anyone know of a restaurant in the metroplex that serves it?

I had the opportunity to eat a couple of moose steaks from a moose a friend killed in Alaska. It was as good of meat as you can get, really good.
