I have looked at hundreds of images online trying to find any information on it. I have seen nothing similar. Have any of you ever seen one like this? Attached Files The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

I just happened to see about a 1/4 inch of the handle sticking up, and I started digging, it was only a couple inches under the dirt. I live just east of Del Rio. The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

This process (assuming its iron) removes the iron oxide gently and works great on delicate parts. You can google the technique. It may clean up nicely.
