Do you believe it will have any affect on this years bug season? Do you think the dormant bugs/larva/eggs froze to death?

What does the THF wisdom say? Had 6" of snow, 4 degrees for hours, ice everywhere for several days.........I killed a scorpion on our back porch an hour ago.

Got to 68 here today, stepped out onto back porch, had skeeters swarming. Thought, what the heck...... may be a rough year if they can survive -2 degrees......

Let the chickens out today and they sur were finding bugs. Robins that were eating seeds from the feeder a few days ago were finding bugs in the front yard the last couple days
