When I joined the Marines, I had to go to the Reserve Unit headquarters in New Orleans to get sworn in. On the wall, in USMC colors, was a sign that said “Join the Marines, travel to far distant lands, meet strange and unusual people, and kill them”. I guess things have changed.

What one service branch falls for, the others soon follow. Well..... The Navy is the only branch that puts their name tags on the back of their pants. Just say’n.

I retired in 92 they just took the rubber out of the fire hoses for WOG DAY azz whooping and they introduced Don't ask don't tell.. I guess Not in My NAVY stands for anything anymore.
