DSC announced that the event is now virtual.
Are there any members on here that know what that means or how it is going to work?

Not the only organization that I was looking forward to attending in person their annual convention this year. I don't do "virtual". If they want to charge, I think your money is better spent directly supporting the on-the-ground guides/PHs all over the world. If you can stand a mask for hours on a plane, or you can drive a while, book with who you know...and hunt.

Not a fan of the virtual thing and will not attend virtually. But, I did renewed my membership to DSC. I will definitely miss the DSC convention. Really enjoyed meeting with friends I have hunted with in the past and planning future hunts.

DSC was a great time.
Let up with good friends. Laughed, drank and got to plan trips and cultivate dreams.
Hope it comes back full force
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

From fighting anti hunting efforts like the recent black bear ban in Cali, to protecting Mountain Lion season in Arizona to working with landowners on the Sage grouse of Montana. they do a lot more work then groups like backbutts hunters and anglers. SCI and DSC should beat their chest more like BHA.
