YES I have a client looking for a retirement place under $550,000. Mainly interested in Edwards Co, but starting to look around Abilene north to Childress Co, over to Whichita Co. Tanks or creeks, rivers, are a plus
Wells, water catch, or piped in water is a plus
Electric is a plus
A house, cabin, anything other than a mobile home is a plus.
