You go to ER and they will probably wheel you straight to the Cath lab.

Thanks I have a cardio Catherazation on Tuesday. It went away, it always does. The very same thing would happen to me. SD, get to a Dr. ASAP. My widowmaker was over 90% blocked, Doc told me in August at this rate, I've already had my last Christmas. My FIL passed of a massive heart attack in his sleep. You will go to sleep and not wake up again. Since my open heart, I feel like a new person. You'll be surprised how good you feel.

I'd call my doc and get to heart hospital now. My heart cath showed blockage 90,90.80.,70 and 50% in all 5 artieries. i'm 55, no heart conditions, no problems, no warnings and no damage. I was doing the heart cath just for curiosity test. they scheduled me for 5 by pass surgery and said I could have died at any moment.
You are having symptoms/warnings that each time could be causing damage and may be your last as the next time it may no go away. This is serious. My neighbor at 52 had tests and was sent back home waiting for results but he went ahead and scheduled a heart cath test just in case test results weren't that good. He died the next day from hear attack before getting results and his heart cath. Just saying... as others get your AZZ to a heart hospital..I would not wait until tomorrow

What was that Garth Brooks song? "If Tomorrow Never Comes". Always is spot on. I was extremely lucky it was caught on me with no damage to my heart. I'm usually not one to preach but in this case I have a huge soapbox I get on when it comes to this. I'm 58 and not a clue what was going on inside me. If not for yourself, consider your family. My wife lost her dad to a massive heart attack, died in his sleep. The next day she gave birth to his 4th grandchild, a boy. They never got to meet one another.

Best of luck to you. Consider the possibility that you may get checked in immediately after the scan.

They were so concerned they didn't want to risk me going home and going into cardiac arrest. The only reason I didn't immediately go into surgery is they had to let a very powerful blood thinner get out of my system before the surgery. Best of luck.

Update: 99% blockage, I was wide awake the whole time. Dr told me I would not have made it another week and said I was very very lucky. Yes the Widowmaker! One LAD stint. I'm in hospital cannot move my legs until 9:30 tonight, then discharged hopefully. https://myheart.net/articles/the-lad-artery/Thank you all.

You hard head, you should have went to the ER sooner! Almost went this a.m. before my noon check in..worse episode ever. Had phone in hand dialed 91....then waited. Got up ate two aspirin thought I was gonna die right there then as usual, went away about 20 mins later, Kept telling myself I can make it till noon..... I was scared then too. Yup hard headed, I agree.

Glad you're okay. Tell me you're not the guy smoking a cigarette on the hospital curb as his wife comes to pick him up. 'Known a couple of those.

Sure am glad you got this done in time, way to close for comfort. I started having chest pains and hear skipping beats and put it off for several weeks till I had a bad episode and it was straight to the ER. Spent several hours getting blood work, EKG's and other tests. No sign of a heart attack and was sent home with an appointment with a heart doctor the same week. Scheduled a stress test and put me on a halter monitor and called me in due to what they saw and went straight to heart Cath. No blockage, it was electrical and a food allergy. On meds twice a day and changed my diet and all has been good since then. Again, very glad they could do the stent and open up you blood flow without you having to be opened up.
