I am all but certain the .30 carbine is reloads. Anything LC should have been FMJ. The 90% exposed lead bullets look like the Speer Plinker and I am not aware of a factory loading for it. The jacketed soft points are a great hunting bullet for small game and it was available from PMC or maybe Remington as I recall so it could be factory. .
