Had some friends over yesterday for some dog training and quail processing. Dogs did good and had some exposure to live birds. Once all was done we processed 30 quail and I tried out my new quail pluckers. Pluckers worked amazing, 30 seconds in160 degree water to scald than in the pluckers for 20 seconds. Birds came out looking like an eraser. We're happy with the plucker, what a time saver. Dinner last night and tonight was Cajun quail pasta. This weekend was a hit!!

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill
