I have no problem with shaking hands even though it is a nasty habit. I have always waited on the other guy to initiate it though. Every salesman in the oilfield that comes by has the same routine. They back in the vehicle, open the door, take a leak on the ground, and then come inside and stick their hand out. I will shake it, but I will also sanitize right in front of them. They usually make a snide comment about it until I remind them I more less just shook their Richard.

Yes, if a handshake is offered. Generally, I see mask wearers don't shake hands and non-mask wearers do offer a handshake.

Masks are uncommon around here. My nearest gas station/deli and my liquor store are both in Cany City where there has been ONE recorded case of Covid since the beginning. My business is up the road in Payne Springs where they have recorded a total of five Covid cases. Typically, the Covid cases are high in towns along the major highways - which is also where the assisted living homes are located.

I wash my hands before I take a leak, because I don't always know where my hands have been, but I know where my pecker has been.

Man after my own heart. Before Covid, a friend's wife at church would always plant one on me when we passed the Peace at the beginning of the service. Fun gal.

I truly miss the exuberant hugs from some of my younger friends' wives. Being a harmless old man does have its advantages.

After I get the second round of the vaccine, I plan on tongue kissing strangers...it's been a LONG YEAR!
