Barnes released a statement last week they are not out of business. I had heard the same thing as well

I drove by there a couple weeks ago. They are running full time, and it was the most vehicles of employees that I have ever seen in the parking lot. Like everyone else, they are playing catch-up!!

gunbroker reeds sports has them 75.00 a box aparently the have 50 boxes last box i bought paid 64.00ish for so not to bad pricing but its your money not mine
