cinnamon........God's best spice.......and then add pecans and raisins. Slathered with real butter. Hot and soft. There used to be a place here called Grandy's. They knew how to make 'em. I miss 'em. The guy that processes my deer sells pastries his 90 year old mother makes. When I dropped off an axis this summer he gave me a dozen cinnamon rolls. I've bought a dozen every time I've dropped off or picked up an animal since then.

Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

The best I ever had was at a all you can eat place called "Ol Whiskers". There were several around the Dallas area but don't think they are around anymore. They served catfish, shrimp, chicken, etc but I always saved room for the cinnamon rolls.

Cinnabon may be the best I've ever had.
