Is it just me or has the thermal hunting video craze ran its course? I use to really enjoy watching and posting thermal videos but it’s just gotten boring to me as far as watching. I still love to hunt with thermal but the videos have mostly lost their appeal to me.

That’s why I still post them from time to time. Usually if there is something interesting happening. I guess maybe I’ve just personally gotten a little burnt out on the videos.

I generally don’t care to watch the videos unless it’s something unique. I don’t ever hit record on mine

You can lose some of the enjoyment of hunting by being more concerned with videoing everything. BTDT.

Now, I just hunt, and enjoy that, and if the inclination to hit the record button for a short video that may be interesting arises, I do so, but don't really edit or let it run too long. May download raw video for interested folks to watch, but am not too worried about it.

Lots of folks still interested, and get quite a few hits on just basic everyday raw hunting stuff with interesting content.

There is something about the black and white vids that I have a hard time watching even when they first started. The ones that Todd Huey have running them with a UTV with the lights keep my attention longer for sure.

I agree, the videos have become quite routine. The allure of shooting a running hog at night never gets old though.
