They are 1 of 2 for me as well. Great place. It sounds like it was a small one.

Is the McKinney location better than the Frisco location?

I have seen it on some neighborhood community forums more than once stated the food is better at the Mckinney location.

It seems they should be the same

I only go to McKinney one. But every time there are people in line from Frisco. Saying McKinney is much better.

I have heard that many times, it's probably true.

I saw a video looks like they may be closed for while. I believe this is the 2nd fire at this location

It's true for me. I drive past the Frisco location to go to McKinney. There is a substantial difference in the brisket. Hate to hear that. 407 BBQ is better if you haven't been to both.

I got to both Frisco and McKinney a lot. I disagree McKinney is better. I think Frisco has it beat. Hutchins is the best north of 121

I've been to both Frisco and Mckinney restaurants.

I can't say one is better than the other. My visits are too far apart, but I'll change that when able.

I have been to McKinney a lot more, even back several years ago when it still felt like a "shack."
