Smoked them at 225 to 140* then seared on both sides. Dayum they were good.

Also, why are you being so quite Kyle? What all did you put on that stuffed potato? Sorry lol been on a 3 day hangover. I believe they were Fillets my wife’s grandma brought them for me to cook. I didn’t look at the packaging. She called them fillets, but if they were them were some big [censored] fillets. The smaller ones were definitely fillets the bigger ones I’m not really sure but they were damn good and I’m not a big steak guy. Bill just butter, cheese, and sour cream. Oh and salt and pepper.
