pfft, who needs snipers when you have the moab! Lol, true story Let’s be on honest, Airforce is first into enemy territory and usually first boots on ground also. I’d just walk away from the guys in dress blues and combat boots Ha. Your on!

National Guard (Army and Air); mostly Army.
Why?

Those National Guardsman are prob on a swat team somewhere performing as snipers and constantly training

My answer, after having seen numerous "squads" from all over the planet shoot at the most recognized and decorated sniper trainer in the world's facility in Canadian, TX, is that one competition cannot possibly answer the question you asked. The top notch "squads" have gear you and I can't even buy and don't even know exist.

Coast Guard snipers have to shoot from a boat that is rocking and rolling ----- all of the 'others' shoot from a stable platform.

this has to be one of the best sniper shots ever made, 3 in sync on a ship shooting to a lifeboat.
