Left over steak, diced Jalapenos, Onions, Mushrooms, Tomato's, Spinach seasoned with Tony Chachere's added some Cilantro towards the end and topped with Tabasco and Pace. Not very pretty (as usual  ) pretty dang good with lots of flavor. Bet your wondering, WTH with the Oatmeal?
