Just did this one tonight. ~4 hours on the offset then moved to the Traeger. Tender, super juicy, and perfect.

Thank you sir! I sliced some normal as well. Just me and the wife for that one. Those slices were for sandwiches, chopped some for enchiladas and nachos. We’ll eat it all week. The typical sliced brisket for dinner that night came off of the point.

what temp. did you set your Traeger on? and did you wrap it up any while cooking? They all look great!! nice job thanks...
